is very easy to make! especially good on salmon, this sauce jazzes up just about anything with a zing of flavor. add your favorite cous cous and an arugula side salad with oil and balsamic vinegar, a smidge of goat cheese, a sprinkle of salt and pepper, and you've got yourself a luxurious feast.
- 2 avocados
- cumin to taste
- salt to taste
- a good squeeze of lemon juice
- 1 small container of plain non-fat greek yogurt
halve, seed, and scoop your avocados into a medium sized bowl, and mash with a fork. add the yogurt, and lemon juice and stir until smooth. this will take a couple minutes. next, add a good couple pinches of cumin and salt. stir and taste. adjust seasonings. the result should be pale green with golden flecks of cumin throughout.
